The Solutions segment provides value-added services for Cambi's existing thermal hydrolysis process (THP) clients, including sales of new THP plants, regular maintenance, repairs, operational support, and technology upgrades, ensuring optimal performance throughout the plant lifecycle.

The segment also encompasses Grønn Vekst's recycling of biosolids, garden waste and stone meal, transforming these large organic and mineral waste streams into sustainable soil products for agricultural and consumer markets, including peat-free soil blends.

Long-term view

Since its founding more than three decades ago, Cambi has been guided by a mission to transform the world's cities through environmental technology and solutions for treating organic waste.

Sustainable value creation for shareholders, customers, and society is at the heart of everything we do. We have painstakingly built a world-leading position in our core market for wastewater sludge treatment, continuously investing in research, commercial development, and project execution capabilities. We also unwaveringly support all customers throughout the useful life of their THP assets.

Over time, our strategic growth initiatives are expected to translate into higher order intake, a solid backlog, and rising recurring revenue and operating income. Combined with a high financial leverage, this approach should translate into a fair, rising return for investors.

Recognising that our primary customers, water utility companies, are under public service obligations and require long-term investment planning and execution calendars, Cambi does not emphasise quarterly results.

Instead, we focus on longer-term achievements and annual dividend payments, while maintaining adequate resources to support the company's long-term growth and financial stability.

Investor relations policy

Cambi strives to align its investor relations policy and practice with stock exchange-listed companies of similar size, particularly industrial technology peers. Please be aware that we follow a 30-day silent period before releasing quarterly results.

For all our policies, visit the policy library in the corporate governance section (under development).
